Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Among study subjects requiring gastro\-duodenal endoscopy or endoscopic ultrasound or endoscopic retrograde biliary pancreatic angiography for medical purposes
- •Pancreatic cancer should be in both 1 and 2, 3 or 4\.
- •The control group, which is not pancreatic cancer, should be in both 1 and 2, 5 or 6\.
- •?Be at least 19 years old
- •?Receipt of consent for gastro\-duodenal endoscopy or endoscopic ultrasound or endoscopic retrograde biliary pancreatic procedure prior to duodenal fluid inhalation patient
- •?Biopsy proven pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) with stage I\-IV
- •?Suspected pancreatic cancer on imaging and scheduled for endoscopic ultrasound\-guided pancreatic biopsy patient
- •?Patient with pancreatic cystic tumors or patient with pancreatitis (acute or chronic)
- •?No pancreatic disease patient
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pancreatic cancer and non\-pancreatic cancer control groups must not meet all of the items 1 to 3 to be eligible for enrollment.
- •?Hemodynamically unstable for endoscopy to be performed
- •?If there is a large amount of ascites that is not controlled to perform endoscopy
- •?If you have a coagulation disorder that cannot be corrected for endoscopy
