Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients undergoing surgery for Head and Neck Carcinoma requiring reconstruction and prolonged Intubation
- •2\)ASA physical status 1\&2
- •3\)Opioid naïve patients
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Minor head and neck superficial surgeries and in which patient is not intubated for a long time.
- •2\)ASA physical status 3\&4
- •3\)Previous history of opioid intake for a prolonged period
