Inclusion Criteria
1)Patients undergoing surgery for Head and Neck Carcinoma requiring reconstruction and prolonged Intubation
2)ASA physical status 1&2
3)Opioid naïve patients
Exclusion Criteria
1)Minor head and neck superficial surgeries and in which patient is not intubated for a long time.
2)ASA physical status 3&4
3)Previous history of opioid intake for a prolonged period
