- •1)Patients undergoing surgery for Head and Neck Carcinoma requiring reconstruction and prolonged Intubation
- •2)ASA physical status 1&2
- •3)Opioid naïve patients
排除标准
- •1)Minor head and neck superficial surgeries and in which patient is not intubated for a long time.
- •2)ASA physical status 3&4
- •3)Previous history of opioid intake for a prolonged period
