- •a) Age of the patient >= 14 years
- •b) Patients in good general condition
- •c) Patients with corrosive strictures of esophagus with failed dilatation.
排除标准
- •a) Tracheo-esophageal fistula
- •b) Patients with myocutaneous flap reconstruction of the pharynx / esophagus.
- •c)History of iatrogenic perforation during dilatation
