Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •a) Age of the patient \>\= 14 years
  • •b) Patients in good general condition
  • •c) Patients with corrosive strictures of esophagus with failed dilatation.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •a) Tracheo\-esophageal fistula
  • •b) Patients with myocutaneous flap reconstruction of the pharynx / esophagus.
  • •c)History of iatrogenic perforation during dilatation
