1. Willing patients between 18 to 60 years of age having compulsory four symptoms viz. Amlodgara (sour eructation), Daha (burning sensation), Utklesha(nausea), Aruchi (loss of taste) along with few other symptoms of Amlapitta without any bars of gender, religion, caste, occupation and socioeconomic status.
2. Patients of Amlapitta with chronicity less than one year.
1.Patients below 18 years and above 60 years of age and who are not willing to participate in the study.
2.Patients of Amlapitta with chronicity more than one year.
3.Patients with Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension or any other severe complicated systemic illness
4.Patients suffering from acute gastrointestinal disorders like Pancreatic and Hepatic Disease, Motility Disorder, Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
