Inclusion Criteria
Patients diagnosed with liver tumors
Expected resection of at least three liver segments OR posterior sectionectomy
Age above 18 years
ASA class I-III.
Exclusion Criteria
Preoperative severe renal failure (estimated glomerular filtration rate < 30 ml/min)
Severe liver dysfunction (Child-Turcotte-Pugh grade C).
Uncontrolled hypertensive (Blood Pressure >180/90) patients on treatment.
Recent myocardial infarction (within 6 month), severe valvular heart disease.
Any history of intracranial bleeding.
Preoperative hyponatremia.
