Inclusion Criteria

Having an abortion license
Reading and writing literacy
No known history of mental illness
Do not take psychiatric medications
Lack of accidents that cause sadness, anxiety and depression, such as the death of loved ones, etc. in the last 2 months
No history of infertility
Having a smartphone

Exclusion Criteria

Cancellation of continued cooperation in the study
Pregnancy while studying
Occurrence of an accident in a person's life while studying
No more than two sessions of feedback on virtual learning content
Use non-research counseling services during the study process.
