入选标准
- •Healthy volunteers between the ages of 19 and 65
- •- Reported current stress and tension symptoms during psychiatric interview or on self-report questionnaire (scoring more than 50% on the Visual Analog Scale, VAS)
- •- Reported mild depressive symptoms during psychiatric interview or on self-report questionnaire (scoring between 8~16 on Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression, HAM-D)
排除标准
- •- Diagnosed with any major medical or neurological disorders assessed during medical history taking, physical examination or experimental tests
- •- Diagnosed with any axis 1 psychiatric disorders including major depressive disorder (bipolar disorder, alcohol dependence, schizophrenia, etc.) evaluated with a structured clinical interview
- •- History of traumatic brain injury with loss of consciousness or convulsions
- •- Planning for pregnancy during the period of study participation, currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- •- Had taken psychotropic drugs within the past 2 months before study participation
- •- Any contraindications to MRI (i.e., claustrophobia, metallic foreign devices in the body)
