- •Apparently healthy females
- •Ready to give written informed consent
- •Age between 40 â?? 60 years
- •With menstrual history known
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants not fulfilling any of the criteria as per ESH guidelines
- •Pregnant females
- •Participants with the history of diabetes, hypertension, tobacco and alcohol consumption
- •History of active involvement in the athletics
- •Not consenting
