Inclusion Criteria
Having Iranian nationality
Having at least reading and writing skills
Age between 20-45 years
Having sexual activity
Do not be in pregnancy or breastfeeding period
They or their spouses do not have a known mental illness
They or their spouses should not be in the sexual problems treatment period
Have not experienced any stressful events in the past 6 months
Not having a serious marital conflict (such as a divorce /divorce dispute) in the past six months
Have not previously participated in narrative therapy courses
Exclusion Criteria
Unwillingness to participate in the study

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Sexual self-efficacy. Timepoint: Sexual self-efficacy in both groups will be measured and compared before the intervention and again one week and five weeks after the sessions. Method of measurement: The Sexual Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (SSEQ): Developed by Vaziri and Lotfi Kashani in 1999 based on the Schwartzer General Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (1993) and consists of 10 questions in a four-choice continuum, from zero (not correct at all) to 3 (Absolutely correct) is graded. The minimum and maximum scores are zero and 30, respectively (Vaziri and Lotfi Kashani 2013 Schwarzer 1993,). All questions in this questionnaire are positively designed and there is no inverse scoring of the questions. The average sexual self-efficacy in society is calculated and interpreted as follows: It is divided into 3 categories: low sexual self-efficacy (0-9), moderate sexual self-efficacy (10-20) and high sexual self-efficacy (21-30).
