- All
入选标准
- •Community-dwelling Chinese adults with aged 18-year of above;
- •Presences of any three or more of the following five criteria as defined by NCEP-ATP III in 2005;
- •Able to perform daily activities without limitations and without assistance.
排除标准
- •Subjects will be excluded:
- •Prior experience with TC exercise within half year prior to the commencement of the study;
- •Hospitalized or institutionalized such as living in residential care home;
- •Have developed CVDs; and
- •Impaired mobility, cognitive impairment;
- •Met SDM-V criteria for major depressive disorder and/ or on regulation medication treatment.
