Inclusion Criteria
1 Patients with American society of Anaesthesiologists Physical Status I and II
2 Patients undergoing elective hip and proximal femur fracture surgery under subarachnoid block
3 Surgical time within 3 hours
Exclusion Criteria
1 Not willing to participate in the study
2 Patients with American society of Anaesthesiologists Physical status III and above
3 Emergency hip and proximal femur surgeries
4 Patients with severe pulmonary, hepatic, cardiac or renal disease, and pregnant patient
