The participants will be recruited based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The study will be conducted at MGM School of Biomedical Sciences, Navi Mumbai. The study has been approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee. Informed consent will be obtained from each participant and their legal representative or family member. The blood samples of the study participants will be evaluated for the levels of senescence and neurodegeneration biomarkers at Baseline (before treatment starts), 3 months interval and 6 months interval.
