入选标准
- •1. ASA I and II patients of either sex.
- •2.Patients aged between 18 to 60 years
- •3. Patients undergoing elective upper limb forearm and hand surgeries.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with known hypersensitivity to local anesthetic drugs.
- •2.Bleeding disorders or on anticoagulants, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, renal and liver diseases and severe respiratory disease
- •3.Neurological deficit involving the brachial plexus
- •4.Pregnant and lactating women, patients with epilepsy and mentally unstable patients.
- •5.Local site infection, peripheral vascular disease.
- •6.Patientâ??s refusal.
