Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Older adult individuals, age 60 or above volunteering to participate in study.
  • Screening of depression will be done using PHQ\-9 score more than or equal to 10; and of MCI using MMSE score ranging 24\- 27 for MCI.
  • Physician approval for participation in aerobic exercise program which will be done under the supervision of Physician.
  • Normal or corrected to normal vision and hearing.
  • No history of brain surgery, tumor, implantation, knee or hip replacement.
  • No history of substance abuse or dependence.
  • No use of anti\-depressent, CNS\-effective, or psychoactive drugs or medication interfering with balance \& or resulting in unpredictable reactions to any Non Invasive Brain Stimulation\- NIBS technique.
  • All older adults showing no impairment in daily function during screening which will be done by the Katz Basic Activities of Daily Living test\- KBADL and scoring more than 40 in a berg balance scale\- BBS.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Presence of any dermatological or skin problems associated with any NIBS technique.
  • Participation in exercise program for last 6 months.
  • Presence of any cardiac disease, hypertension, diabetes etc.
  • Presence of any clinically significant neurological,systemic, musculoskeletal, rheumatoid or cardiovascular condition, affecting balance or preventing participation in exercise.
