Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with close intra\-articular fracture distal end radius
- •2\. Patients above the age of 18 years and above
- •3\. Patients of either gender
- •4\. Patients being managed with internal fixation
- •5\. Patients willing to participate in the study with voluntarily given consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Fractures which can be managed conservatively
- •2\. Fractures which can be managed by K\-wire fixation
- •3\. Old fractures of the distal end of radius
- •4\. Patients not willing for surgery
- •5\. Infections
- •6\. Mentally\-physically unfit and medical conditions that could pose a life\-threatening surgical or anaesthetic risk
