简要总结
We developped a Training of Reward Experiencing (T-REx) and tested it in randomized-controlled online study in including a waitlist control group and an active control group (gratitude writing). Particularly in the subgroup of those suffering from anhedonic symptoms T-Rex proofed to elicit superior effects in the Snaith-Hamilton-Pleasure Scale.
