Inclusion Criteria

1.Diagnosis of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder using Diagnostic Criteria for Research (DCR) of ICD 10 DCR (World Health Organization, 1993)

2.Age group of 10-20 years with either sex

3.Childrenâ??s Yale Brown obsessive-compulsive scale (CY-BOS) score of 15 or above

4.Patients (>=18years) or Parents giving written informed consent ( <18 years)

Exclusion Criteria

1.Co-morbid severe depression as measured by a HAM-D score of 23 or more

2.Patients with co-morbid neurological or any other psychiatric disorder

3.Patients who cannot undergo MRI scan

4.Colour blind, as indicated by Ishiharaâ??s charts
