Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Amateur athletes
  • •2\.BMI 18\-29\.5 WHO classification
  • •3\.Limb symmetry of both upper and lower limb greater than 90%

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Fracture of upper or lower limb in last 2 years
  • •2\. Recent ligament tear (grade 1\) in last 3 months
  • •3\. Ligament tear surgically repaired in last 9 months
  • •4\. Soft tissue injury requiring surgical management
  • •5\. Spinal disorders
  • •6\. Neuromuscular disorders affecting balance and core
  • •7\. BMI \>30 kg/m2 (due to ligament laxity)
