- •2.BMI 18-29.5 WHO classification
- •3.Limb symmetry of both upper and lower limb greater than 90%
排除标准
- •1. Fracture of upper or lower limb in last 2 years
- •2. Recent ligament tear (grade 1) in last 3 months
- •3. Ligament tear surgically repaired in last 9 months
- •4. Soft tissue injury requiring surgical management
- •5. Spinal disorders
- •6. Neuromuscular disorders affecting balance and core
- •7. BMI >30 kg/m2 (due to ligament laxity)
