Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Amateur athletes
- •2\.BMI 18\-29\.5 WHO classification
- •3\.Limb symmetry of both upper and lower limb greater than 90%
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Fracture of upper or lower limb in last 2 years
- •2\. Recent ligament tear (grade 1\) in last 3 months
- •3\. Ligament tear surgically repaired in last 9 months
- •4\. Soft tissue injury requiring surgical management
- •5\. Spinal disorders
- •6\. Neuromuscular disorders affecting balance and core
- •7\. BMI \>30 kg/m2 (due to ligament laxity)
