Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •age: \>18 years old
- •CML patient using any TKI (group 1 and 2\)
- •mentally able/ allowed to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •known hereditary muscle defect
- •medication known to cause muscle pain (statins, antidepressiva, antipsychotica, thyroid hormones)
- •evident prolonged QTc interval (\>500 msec)
- •contra\-indication for maximal aerobic exercise test or muscle biopsy
