At least a third year of middle school
Internet access and the ability to use of computer
No current psychotherapy services

Exclusion Criteria

People with mental disabilities
Severe psychiatric disorders such as severe depression
Psychotic disorder
Bipolar disorder
Suicide risk
Drug abuse
