Inclusion Criteria
- no systemic diseases
- orthodontic appliance (min. 10 completely erupted permanent teeth with brackets/bands)
- informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- presence of caries lesion
- antibiotic therapy within the previous 6 months
- diagnosis of early onset periodontitis
