Inclusion Criteria
Obese patients BMI > 27 of adult cut-off by IAP 2015 Growth charts
Exclusion Criteria
1.Children with Intellectual sub-normality
2.Children with underlying chronic disease or medications (anti-epileptic drugs, thyroxine, steroids, metformin) affecting weight gain
3.Suspected pathological cause of obesity
4.Extreme obesity with BMI > 35
