Patients who present to Palliative Medicine outpatient clinic with pain score of more than equal to 7 on Numerical Rating Scale and a score of more than equal to 4 on Distress thermometer
Patients with cancer referred to Palliative Medicine outpatient clinic for Early palliative care
Patients with cancer referred to Palliative Medicine outpatient clinic for Best supportive care alone
Able to communicate and understand in English or Hindi or Marathi
Patients with known allergies or history of adverse reactions to analgesics
Patients who are cognitively impaired
