Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Brunnstorm voluntary
- •control grade greater than or equal to 3 to less than or equal to 5 in the affected upper limb
- •(2\) Diagnosed as having a unilateral stroke (3\) Within 6 months of onset
- •(4\) Mini Mental Status Examination score greater than 23 points
- •(5\) Intact ability to imitate (score greater than or equal to 8\) with non\-paretic upper limb
- •(6\) Ability to sit with or without support
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Visual impairment interfering with the study protocol
- •(2\) Global or receptive aphasia
- •(3\) Perceptual deficits like unilateral neglect, anosognosia, apraxia and right/
- •left indiscrimination
- •(4\) Major medical problems or comorbidities that preclude study Protocol (paretic limb shoulder pain, severe arthritis, previous surgery functional limitation)
- •(5\) Patients with contraindications to EEG including those patients with metallic implants, and patients under epileptic medication
- •(6\) History of seizures
- •(7\)Uncooperative patients.
