(1) Brunnstorm voluntary
control grade greater than or equal to 3 to less than or equal to 5 in the affected upper limb
(2) Diagnosed as having a unilateral stroke (3) Within 6 months of onset
(4) Mini Mental Status Examination score greater than 23 points
(5) Intact ability to imitate (score greater than or equal to 8) with non-paretic upper limb
(6) Ability to sit with or without support
(1) Visual impairment interfering with the study protocol
(2) Global or receptive aphasia
(3) Perceptual deficits like unilateral neglect, anosognosia, apraxia and right/
left indiscrimination
(4) Major medical problems or comorbidities that preclude study Protocol (paretic limb shoulder pain, severe arthritis, previous surgery functional limitation)
(5) Patients with contraindications to EEG including those patients with metallic implants, and patients under epileptic medication
(6) History of seizures
(7)Uncooperative patients.
