Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA grade 1 or 2
  • •Under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient not willing
  • •Allergy to Ropivacaine
  • •Compromised renal and liver function
  • •Uncontrolled DM
  • •Severe CVS or Respiratory disease
  • •Coagulation disorder
  • •BMI more than 35
