Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA GRADE 1 AND 2
- •PATIENTS PLANNED TO UNDERGO CAESAREAN SECTIO
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Refusal of patient
- •2\.Allergy to local anesthetic
- •3\. Obesity (body mass index \>\= 30 kg/m2\)
- •4\.local infection at the injection site of the TAPÂ
- •5\.Any Placental anomaly
- •6\.Patients requiring general anaesthesia for obstetric or anaesthetic reasons,Â
- •7\.Patients undergoing upper segment Caesarean section
- •8\.Severe maternal or foetal compromise.
- •9\.patients having following diagnosis diabetes,eclampsia,any gestational diseases
