- •ASA GRADE 1 AND 2
- •PATIENTS PLANNED TO UNDERGO CAESAREAN SECTIO
排除标准
- •1.Refusal of patient
- •2.Allergy to local anesthetic
- •3. Obesity (body mass index >= 30 kg/m2)
- •4.local infection at the injection site of the TAPÂ
- •5.Any Placental anomaly
- •6.Patients requiring general anaesthesia for obstetric or anaesthetic reasons,Â
- •7.Patients undergoing upper segment Caesarean section
- •8.Severe maternal or foetal compromise.
- •9.patients having following diagnosis diabetes,eclampsia,any gestational diseases
- •such as HELLP syndrome and coagulopathies,cardiovascular,pulmonary and
- •neurological diseases
- •10.Contraindications neuraxial anaesthesia
