Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Gut microbiota's genetic extraction from patient's feces Before patient is get the surgery Feces extraction by using QIAGEN. PCR amplification and sequencing for amplify microbial 16S rRNA gene. Identify by using QIIME2 package. Classify for analysis by using scikit-learn naive Bayes.
Secondary Outcome Measures

Correlation between gut microbiota profiles and metabolic bone parameters in the osteoporotic hip fracture patients with CKD and without CKD. Before patient is get the surgery Feces extraction by using QIAGEN. PCR amplification and sequencing for amplify microbial 16S rRNA gene. Identify by using QIIME2 package.
