Irritable Bowel Syndrome in the clinical assessment
Irritable Bowel Syndrome according to the Rome-IV-Criteria
Signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Chronic inflammatory bowel disease
Severe psychopathologies such as acute suicidality or current substance dependence
Recent use of antibiotics within the past two weeks
