Inclusion Criteria

1. Female patients aged 19 to 64 who require endotracheal intubation during gynecological surgery
2. According to the American Society of Anesthesiologist's physical status classification, 1 to 3 patients.

Exclusion Criteria

- Patients with sore throat, cough, and hoarseness before surgery
- Patients with symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection before surgery
- Patients who are expected difficult intubation
- Psychiatric patients
- Patients with cognitive impairment
- Contraindicated use of acetaminophen or ibuprofen (e.g., history of hypersensitivity reactions, gastrointestinal ulcers, severe renal impairment)
- When the surgical method is changed from laparoscopic to laparotomy during surgery
- Patients with active alcoholism
- Patients with severe blood abnormalities, severe liver disorders, severe kidney disorders, severe heart failure, and severe hypertension
- Patients with asthma or a history
- Patients with pain before and after coronary artery bypass surgery
- If you are taking concomitant medications (eg, barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, high-dose methotrexate)
- In other cases where the researcher is considered inappropriate
