Inclusion Criteria

1. Female age 18 to 48 years
2. Wants to undergo oocyte retrieval process for ARTs such as IVF/ICSI or social freezing

Exclusion Criteria

1. Active liver disease or uncontrolled asthma
2. Allergic to Nalbuphine, Pethidine, Midazolam
3. Less than 3 follicles on ultrasound
4. History of Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or Tricyclic antidepressant use in 2 weeks before the procedure
