Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Female age 18 to 48 years
  • 2\. Wants to undergo oocyte retrieval process for ARTs such as IVF/ICSI or social freezing

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Active liver disease or uncontrolled asthma
  • 2\. Allergic to Nalbuphine, Pethidine, Midazolam
  • 3\. Less than 3 follicles on ultrasound
  • 4\. History of Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or Tricyclic antidepressant use in 2 weeks before the procedure
