The research subjects will be healthy volunteers of both genders; aged 18 or over; mental illness or chemical dependency; and agreement to sign the TCLE (Free and Informed Consent Term)
Patients who have an evaluation and cut above the acceptable in the DASS-21 (Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale) and Pittsburgh tests will be excluded from the trial; as well as those with psychosis; schizophrenia; epilepsy or a history of substance abuse; people with hearing problems and a history of therapeutic use of binaural or isochronic sounds

Name Time Method It was observed that the short effects of a program with binaural beats and isochronic tones and/or a mix of the two, cause the phenomenon of brainwave entrainment with the use of standardized and continuous stimulation, making up a non-pharmacological therapy, during a minimum of 21 days, aiming at neural conditioning and neuroplasticity as the basis of neuromodulation of brain physiology and its effects on modulating mood states and well-being emotional.
