Inclusion Criteria
1.Age more than 18 year
2.Diagnosed to have malignant biliary obstruction
3.With bilirubin more than 10 mg%
4.Either planned for surgery or neoadjuvant chemotherapy
5.Undergoing endoscopic biliary stenting
Exclusion Criteria
1.Age less than 18 years
2.Biliary obstruction other than malignancy related
3.Bilirubin less than 10 mg%
4.ECOG 3-4
5.Those undergoing palliative stenting
