- •3.With bilirubin more than 10 mg%
- •4.Either planned for surgery or neoadjuvant chemotherapy
- •5.Undergoing endoscopic biliary stenting

- •1.Age less than 18 years
- •2.Biliary obstruction other than malignancy related
- •3.Bilirubin less than 10 mg%
- •4.ECOG 3-4
- •5.Those undergoing palliative stenting
