入选标准
- •a) Patients having chronic critical limb ischemia (CLI) (Rutherford category >3)
- •b) Patients having Peripheral vascular disease not amenable to endovascular/surgical management
- •c) Patients having rest pain not controlled with optimum medical therapy
- •d) Patients having undergone amputation for CLI
排除标准
- •1) Proximal arterial lesion without distal disease
- •2) patients unable to lie prone
- •3) deranged coagulation parameters (PT/INR >1.5)
- •4) patients not giving consent
