  • •?Survenue de l’AC devant un témoin
  • •?Rythme cardiaque non choquable au premier enregistrement électrocardioscopique constaté par le SMUR
  • •Are the trial subjects under 18? no

Exclusion Criteria

  • •?AC d’origine traumatique
  • •? AC survenant chez une femme à l'évidence enceinte ou dont les témoins font état de la notion d'une grossesse en cours
  • •? AC pour lequel la réanimation ne paraît pas justifiée (mort inéluctable, stade
  • •terminal d’une pathologie irréversible, durée d’AC trop prolongée, …)
  • •? Port d'une carte ou témoin ayant connaissance d'une hypersensibilité à la
  • •ciclosporine A (CsA) ou à l'huile de ricin.
