Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Subject irrespective of age and sex diagnosed as CHD by Coronary Angiograpgy (CAG) will be considered as Cases.
  • •Subjects underwent CAG with no evidence of CHD matched with age, gender and socio-economical status will be taken as controls

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients having Rheumatoid arthritis, familial hypercholesterolemia, asthma, acute infections, co-morbid diseases and malignancy will be excluded from the study.
  • •Patient not willing to give informed consent.
