- •80 ASA Grade â?? I/II patients of either sex in the age group of 20 to 60 years admitted for head and neck cancer surgeries expected to last at least 2 hours under general anesthesia.
排除标准
- •Those posted for emergency surgery
- •With known hepatic disease
- •Who had renal disease
- •With known or clinical hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism
- •With known allergy to drugs used in the study
- •With BMI < 20 kg/m2 OR > 30kg/m2
