Age between 18 and 65 Years
. diagnosis of a borderline personality disorder and a comorbid substance use disorder according to DSMV or ICD 10
- Fully informed consent
- valid written reconnoitring
. sufficient ability to communicate with the study staff and to answer questions respectivly to answer questionnaires
- age < 18 years and > 65 years
- In women: Pregnancy
- floride psychotic symptoms
- severe neurological diseases
- Capacity for consent lacking in patients
- whem the requested written informed consent for study participation does not exist
- severe somatic diseases which make a participation in in the trauma informed Hatha yoga sessions unpossible
- diseases affecting the endogenous steroid system

Name Time Method Measurement of the stress level using cortisol and ACTH plasma concentrations at the beginning of the therapy and at the end of the therapy 12 weeks later.

Name Time Method Improvement of psychopathological symptoms from the beginning of the therapy to the end of the therapy 12 weeks later using the following questionnaires:<br><br>STAI<br>SASKO<br>PSS<br>BSL 23
