1. Aged 40 to 70 years old;
2. Preoperative compliance with the diagnostic criteria and surgical indications of cervical spondylosis;
3. Surgical treatment of cervical vertebrae (anterior approach) for the first time;
4. In line with the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes and the syndrome differentiation of qi deficiency and blood stasis;
5. The patients voluntarily joined the trial and signed the informed consent form.
1. Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria, but whose vital signs are not stable after operation;
2. Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system;
3. A woman who is breastfeeding or preparing for pregnancy;
4. Suspected or diagnosed with myelopathy and / or central nervous system diseases with changes in muscle tone (e.g. stroke, stroke sequelae, syringomyelia, muscular dystrophy, etc.);
5. Have received other relevant treatment, which may affect the observer of the effect index in this study;
6. Those who cannot tolerate or are allergic to treatment;
7. There are mental disorders that can't cooperate with researchers;
8. Other researchers believe that it is not appropriate for patients to participate in this study.
