- •1.Pregnant patients coming for elective or emergency LSCS
- •2. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classes II
- •3. Age :18â??40 years
排除标准
- •BMI > 35 kg/m2
- •Weight less than 50kg
- •Known allergy to local anaesthetics
- •Coagulopathies
- •Raised intracranial pressure
- •Local infection at site of injection
- •History of heart block, dysrhythmias, neurological diseases
- •Patient refusal
