Early esophageal adenocarcinoma, staged as T1 (confined to the mucosa or submucosa)
- Clinical condition allowing esophagectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma
- Neo-adjuvant (chemo)radiation therapy
