Female individuals over the age of 18; enrolled in undergraduate nutrition in 2020; with internet and electronic device such as cell phone or computer; without chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, psychopathology; not using psychiatric drugs and not have cognitive impairment that makes it impossible to complete the instruments.
Failure to correctly fill in the instruments used; diagnosis of diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, psychopathology, cognitive impairment during research.

Name Time Method It is expected that the intervention group, in the post-intervention, will have increased body appreciation scores that will be evaluated by the Body Appreciation Scale-2 (BAS-2) (TYLKA; WOOD-BARCALOW, 2015) translated and validated for the Brazilian population ( JUNQUEIRA et al., 2019).;Post-intervention, it is expected to increase the levels of intuitive eating in the intervention group that will be assessed using the Intuitive Eating Scale-2 (IES-2) (TYLKA; KROON VAN DIEST, 2013) in its adapted version in Portuguese (Scale Intuitive Feeding-2).;Post-intervention, it is expected to improve the quality of food consumption in the intervention group, which will be assessed through the Food Diary (THOMPSON; BYERS, 1994).
