1. Patients undergoing radiotherapy with curative intent (definitive or adjuvant) with or without concurrent chemotherapy.
2. Age above 18 years.
3. Patient should be literate and be able to read Malayalam.
4. Capable of giving informed consent for the study.
5. Patients should have adequate vision so that they are capable of reading a font size of 12 pt Times New Roman on a touch screen tablet at a distance of 1 â?? 2 feet with or without spectacles.
1. Patient unwilling to give consent for the study
2. Patients receiving palliative radiotherapy : These patients are usually treated with short course regimens over a week and hence will not be able to complete more than one quality of life assessment.
