1. In line with the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for Parkinson's disease;
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Roman IV diagnostic criteria for functional constipation;
3. Aged between 40 to 80 years old;
4. Hoehn & Yahr grade < 3;
5. Informed consent and willing to participate in the study.
1. Patients with constipation due to serious gastrointestinal and digestive diseases;
2. Patients with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment (Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE): the illiterate; educational level is < 17 scores, the primary school educational level is < 20 scores, and the secondary school and above educational level is< 24 scores);
3. Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hematopoietic diseases, malignant tumors and other serious life-threatening diseases;
4. Patients who used probiotics or antibiotics within 1 month before sample collection.
