Age 18-75 years

Patient posted for Robotic radical prostatectomy,Robotic cystectomy and robotic gynecological procedure

ASA 1-3

Exclusion Criteria

Patient not willing

Pediatric age group

Preoperative mallampati of 4

Existing oropharyngeal pathology, upper Airway obstruction

Inability to fully open mouth

Severly limited neck mobility

Postoperative ventilation >2 hours

Severe cardiac, pulmonary,hepatic and renal disease
