Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients \>18yrs of either sex with a provisional diagnosis of ILD either clinically or on previous HRCT chest

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.All patients of congestive cardiac failure, primary pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary neoplasia.
  • •2\.Patients unable to perform spirometry .
  • •3\.Pregnant patients
  • •4\.Acute exacerbation of ILDs.
