Study Overview
Brief Summary
Observational cohort prospective single arm study comparing the Heart Rate Variability and Arterial Blood Pressure with the help of ECG in three different seasons with sample size of 200 individuals who will participate in the study will be young and healthy adults. The HRV and blood pressure is periodically examined in three seasons Season 1: Shishira Ritu (Jan- Feb ) Season 2 : Greeshama Ritu ( may - June) , Season 3 : Sharad Ritu ( sept - october). After that final result will be compared to assess any change in their HRV and Blood Pressure according to seasons.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Aged between 18 to 30 years both male and female subjects subject with BMI from 18.5 to 24.9 clinically healthy young individuals.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Smoking Alcoholism neurological disorders Dyslipidemia Anxiety Bronchial Asthma.

Primary Outcomes
Heart Rate Variability and Blood Pressure influence by different seasons in different Dehik Prakriti individuals
Time Frame: 3 months
Secondary Outcomes
- Electrophysiology of heart is different in different prakriti individuals.(3 months)
