Inclusion Criteria

Patients of either genders between the age of 20-60 years

ï?· New cases of hypothyroidism

� Patient having the TSH range between 6- 20µIU/ml (TSH Normal range 0.3-5.5

µIU/ml)20

ï?· Patients who will give consent and able to do follow up.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients age below 20 and above 60 year

ï?· Patient having the TSH range <6 - >20mIU/L

ï?· All complicated case of hypothyroidism

ï?· Recent thyroid surgery or receive radioactive iodine treatment within 6 months.

ï?· Pregnancy and lactating women
