fifth minute Apgar score above 7; 1000 to 2500 g birth weight.
Exclusion criteria: diagnosis of neuromuscular or congenital anomalies problems and requiring surgical; withdrawal from the study due to the change in infants health and the need for mechanical ventilation; use of painkillers and tranquillizers and anticonvulsants in the last 24 hours; feeding half an hour before replacing the N-CPAP; mother addiction and deprivation of leave infant syndrome; asphyxia during birth
